"O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever." -Psalm 118:29, KJV.

All too often, we see God as a genie of sorts. We ask Him for whatever we want and expect to get it as if it were one of our 3 wishes. However, how often do we come back and thank Him for what He has done? We need to thank Him for everything He has provided for us, and for the fact that his mercy will never run out. At the least, His mercy is more than enough from Him.
