God's blessings never have any sorrow, shame, or otherwise negative effects with them. However, we are told that sin is pleasurable for a season, but that we must then deal with the consequences of that sin. Most of our sin is an impatience in waiting for God's timing, for most sin is simply a perversion of God's perfect gifts to us. If we will simply wait for HIS timing, then we will have what we want in the best way it could possibly be. Wait for Him, He cares for you.
