There are so many times where we get so focused on ourselves that we begin to get depressed. If we do not focus on God, then we will have nothing to have hope in. If we hope in God, we will find the peace that passeth all understanding and the joy of His salvation. He is the only way we can have hope, for if we look at ourselves, we will find nothing but our sin nature which spells out our doom. Praise the Lord that we can have hope through Him!
