"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." -Proverbs 3:5-6, KJV

God sees many things in our lives that we cannot see. Because of this, He tells us to simply trust Him. He has certainly earned it--sending His Son to die on the cross, giving us salvation and eternal life freely, and always keeping His promises to us. He has done so much for us--why are we so convince He'll mess up our lives if we give it to Him? He's done a pretty good job with what we've given Him so far, I'd say. In everything we do, we must acknowledge Him; if we do this, He will make sure that we take the right path.
