I see this first-hand quite often as an IT manager. When there are not many computers, there is very little maintenance to be done by them, but the work accomplished using the computers more than makes up for the time and energy put into maintenance. Many times it is easy to only see the hours of work you have to put into something, but miss the benefit it brings to the church of God. Ministries are run with man-hours, but the reward for eternity is great.
