"When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel." -Matthew 8:10, KJV
This verse takes place right after a centurion came, asking Jesus to heal his servant. When Jesus offered to come heal him, the centurion said that Jesus didn't even need to come, but just give the word. He explained that as a man in authority, when he says something, it gets done, and he knew Jesus would have the same power. Jesus marvels at the man's faith, finding it so great for a Gentile compared to how little the Israelites had. I wonder how many times someone in the world has so much more faith in God than even we do as Christians? Jesus has unlimited power, but all too often, we limit Him.
